QUICK! COME AND TRY THE BEST CHEESE IN THE WORLD!

We’re taking you to French Feast today to tell you a wonderful story which started 6 years ago when Jean-Michel Fraisse, the owner, invited Pierre Gay to Malaysia. Between these two men, a shared passion: French terroirs.
Pierre is from Annecy in Haute-Savoie (France). His grandfather opened its own cheese shop in 1935, which then passed from a generation to the next until being his. He now works with 80 small producers all around France, selecting gems from their productions then listening to them. Temperature, altitude, geography… all matter when it comes to maturing cheese, its specialty. You will not be surprised to learn he received the title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France, awarded only to the very best craftsmen in the country. Cheese is, indeed, his religion: he teaches love and respect for this product, considers his mission to pass this heritage and knowledge to those around him.
In his French cellar, he keeps between 150 and 250 varieties of cheese. Rejoice: he brought twenty in his suitcase! Roquefort, Sainte-Maure, Saintt Nectaire, Raclette… These delectable treats have all been handmade, each having its own controlled appellation of origin too – you will only find the very best here.

The cheese can be enjoyed on site or taken back home but hurry, the stock is limited!

French Feast
Open Tuesday to Friday from 6.30pm to 10.30pm. Saturday from 9.30am to 2.30pm and 6.30pm to 10.30pm. Sunday from 9.30am to 2.30pm. Closed on Monday.
