GOOD FRANCE – YEAST: A SMALL PARISIAN BISTROT

Frank Ruidavet has travelled all around the world: New York, Amman, Kuda Huraa, Bali… He worked for the Four Seasons, St Regis, Ritz-Carlton, for Michelin stars too. Deciding to open its own restaurant, he put his suitcase and chef’s hat down in Kuala Lumpur. A bistrot with a typically Parisian atmosphere soon opened its doors and as you would expect in the city of lights, the owner is always there to exchange a few words with his guests.
For Good France, Frank composed a menu true to Yeast’s, simple but sincere, traditional cuisine. The cotriade, a Breton fish stew, competes with the duck confit. Snails, of course, also are part of the feast… Gazpacho and risotto, inspired by more Mediterranean recipes, are beautifully paired with ingredients from the French terroir. Lunch concludes on his famous crème dessert topped with caramel, dinner on a strawberry vacherin. Join in, the table is all set for you in this little haven of French culture!
