Good France, Goût de France, Malaysia
Foodie - Restaurant

A country can be explored in many ways. Through its landscapes, its culture… its gastronomy, too, of course. French cuisine is the very first one to have been declared a world intangible heritage by UNESCO. Quite an honour.
Then again, you can easily see why. France has a real passion for its terroir, a rich heritage of culinary traditions, a love of sharing good food, making time for it. Ingredients and recipes may change from one region to another, but the quest remains the same: the perfect alliance of flavours, pure satisfaction at the tip of your fork. This, you see, is the cornerstone of our culture, an education as well as an art. Epicureans, you will only have 4 days to discover France from that new angle.
Every year since 2015, the country organises Good France. For this new edition, 3.000 restaurants around the world are joining this initiatory route, with as many tasting menus validated by the teams of one of the Masters of French gastronomy: Alain Ducasse.
In Malaysia, 18 restaurants will take part to this culinary journey. Until March 21st, we will share a few exclusivities, taking you backstage of some of them and presenting their unique menus, designed specifically for the occasion.
