A LITTLE DREAM OF ALSACE IN KUALA LUMPUR

A few words: Hokkaido Scallops, Pan Seared Foie Gras, Beef tenderloin, roasted chicken… Is your mouth watering yet? Now imagine a Strawberry Lover creation for dessert. All this will be skillfully prepared by Chef Romain Fabre, whom we have already presented to you. Proud of the experience gained when working for Paul Bocuse, he will make sure your meal is a pure delight from start to finish. Even better, dinner will come with a real experience: the alliance of each of the 4 dishes with a different wine. Claude Gisselbrecht will be present that evening to present the sparkling dry wines and late harvests wines, produced by his family for over a century.
This dinner, prepared for this pairing with Riesling, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir and Gewurstraminer will take you through an incredible journey through Alsace’s most famous vineyards.
